when we moved into our apartment i thought it was sweet that we had a fireplace, but there were several problems. one - its like 70 degrees down here all the time. two - i've never made a fire on my own. and three - a fireplace is hard work. having said that, we did have a fairly cold winter, i learned how to start a fire, and all the work involved is well worth it. here is joey teaching me how to organize a fire. this is the first fire in our new place. thanks joey for getting us/me started. next
