ok, on to homebrewing. i finally bought some equipment, ingredients, and a few books. read up on the art of homebrew and the how to. this was something i wanted to do for a while, but never made the effort (and was afraid). well, we didn't have any homebrew shops (there are hobby shops in most cities!!!) ... but i was in indianapolis once and decided to stock up. so, here is my first ever brew-day. next
