Welcome Liam Scott Slavik born: Sunday, June 13, 3:53pm weight: 6 lb 05 oz length: 20.5 in Notes from mama ... Liam has dark hair, dark blue eyes, and is the cutest little thing I've seen :) Been a long week. Birth didn't go quite as planned (pre-eclampsia in labor meant game over for our natural childbirth plan -- which then lead to a slew of interventions-magnesium, pitocin, medication to counteract my bp drop, more pitocin, epidural, MORE pitocin, continued magnesium after birth for 24 hours), and little Liam isn't big on eating yet...he doesn't know what he's missing! He sleeps a lot during the day (even through attempted feedings) and is up partying all night. Unfortunately, his idea of partying is to cry and suck for a few minutes, then cry some more...but we're getting the hang of it. :) Here are a few pictures of Liam Scott.
